First, you need to register the Argo Helm repository with your local Helm client. By adding this repository, you will be able to download and install the Argo CD charts. Open your terminal and run the following command:

helm repo add argo https://argoproj.github.io/argo-helm

This command tells Helm to add the Argo repository, identified by the URL https://argoproj.github.io/argo-helm, to your list of Helm chart repositories. Once added, your Helm client can fetch the charts available in this repository.
