Sales/GTM Lead
Own go-to-market from the ground up: build our B2B sales motion, land the first team and enterprise deals, and turn early traction into a repeatable revenue engine.
Requirements
- Proven B2B/SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to engineering or L&D teams
- Track record of owning the full cycle — from outbound to close — and hitting revenue targets
- Excellent English, spoken and written (C1 or above)
- Technical enough to sell a developer product credibly
- Comfortable building from scratch in an early-stage environment
Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end pipeline: prospecting, demos, negotiation, close
- Land our first team and enterprise customers and define a repeatable GTM playbook
- Work with product and marketing to sharpen positioning, pricing and messaging
- Set up the basics: CRM, outreach and reporting on what works
